I am the original owner. Purchased in 1982. 440 steel. Japan. Has a razor sharp edge. Spikes on top edge are sharp. Original unused sharpening stone. Compass (works) in handle plug. Old fishing line and hook, water proof matches and striker, and in tin foil is a small fire starter. Also a fire starter that you spark with the knife. Original leather straps. Snaps are in good condition. As is sheath. Paint on handle a little scratched. OAL 11.3”.. blade 6” . Blade is not shiney , is like light black, almost a tint.. Great knife for hunting or camping.
