Nice and sturdy. 1994 is written in the bottom, so I am assuming that is when it was made. Condition is preowned. Specifically; the liner is in very nice condition if only slightly faded. There are a couple of very small spots which can mostly be seen only. from the inside. The plastic insert is a little scratched, but also in sound condition. There are also a couple of marks on handle and slightest wear to base.
