This is a beautiful antique Wedgwood Arcadia vase in Cobalt blue colored jasper dip jasperware. It is quite large and heavy, measuring 9 inches high and 8 1/4 inches at the top diameter. It is marked Wedgwood only circa early 1800\'s. It has interesting provenance. It was purchased at a Dallas sale Gallery of the estate of Mrs. W. A. \"Betty\" Criswell of Dallas Texas by Wedgwood antiques dealer Earl L. Buckman in 2007 and then resold to my friend, who sold it to me. I have all the paperwork.
It is in great antique condition. There are some areas of the blue bleeding onto the white applied figures and a couple of small voids in the blue, a tiny area of roughness on one of the holes in the frog. Please view all the photos as they are part of the description.
