Description An antique lacquered brass surveyors level telescope ? comprising a brass mounted telescope with a bubble level attached to the underside : the mount with a pivot hinge and a thumbscrew to allow vertical fine adjustment and the telescope with sliding covers to both objective lens and eyepiece and with simple draw tube focusing (the eyepiece removable so presumably interchangeable), no makers marks, circa 19th century Size : Approx 18 1/2\" long closed

Condition : Good used antique condition with clear optics (no graticule). The lacquered brasswork has extensive wear / marks / surface pitting consistent with age, unboxed - please see all 22 photos below (message me if you require additional photos / info, etc).
