Large 1 Pound piece of Lapis Lazuli, actual weight is 15.6 ounces, so just under a pound. This piece has lazurite deep blues, bands of pyrite and calcite. I polished one face and left the rest natural. It has good blue color throughout the stone if you decided to cab any of it. This piece is from Afghanistan. A very nice example showing the remarkable beauty of this rare stone.
