Maker: This lovely floral cup and saucer set is marked with the backstamp of Hammersley & Co, the iconic Stoke-on-Trent, England, china factory. The Spode mark also appears.
The Hammersley factory began production in 1932. It was part of Spode in the 1970s and 80s. In 1988 the brand was sold to Aynsley. Source: Chinasearch.co.uk.
Design: The hand-written pattern number 6074 is on the cup base.
Size: The cup is 3 inches wide and 3 inches tall. The saucer is 5 5/8 inches wide. The set weighs 8.7 ounces.
Condition: Both pieces are in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, marks, scratches, stains, cracks, crazing, discoloration or repairs.
