Description:Verona is a place in Italy where Shakespeare set his masterpiece "Romeo and Juliet". It is a City of Love, a picture perfect frame for love stories located in Veneto region and has always been an important pole since Ancient Rome.
History
In 1951, the brothers, Juan, Jose and Vicente Lladro built their own and very first backyard kiln. By 1953, they had formally incorporated as a company and by 1955, had established their own retail shop in Valencia, Spain, where they sold their earliest wares. Fast forward and after 70 years, Lladro has become one of the most collected creative studios in history. You may ask, what makes it collectible? The answer is in its diverse and interesting subject matter. Thousands of different sculptures, figural studies, jewelry, home accessories and lighting designs have captured the imaginations of collectors and museums around the world. The creation of the sculpture, the meticulous hand painting, the careful firing, there is an explosion of magic that happens that fascinates the eye. The beauty speaks to almost all of us, from the birth of a child, the intricacies of adolescence, the wedding, families, important history figures or an important anniversary. This phenomenon is shared by many for almost a century everywhere in the world.
