This Living Quarters Cardinal Tea set is perfect for any tea lover.
The set includes a small ceramic teapot and cup finished in a glossy glaze and decorated with cardinals and holly branches. The teapot fits perfectly into the top rim of the cup as shown in the photos and is perfect for a single cup of tea.
The teapot is about 4 inches in diameter, 3-3/4 inches tall to the top of the knob on the lid, and 6 inches from the outside of the handle to the tip of the spout. It has a design with 2 cardinals and holly on 2 sides. The cup is about 4-1/4 inches in diameter, 2-1/2 inches tall with a handle about 2 inches long extending about 1 inch from the side of the cup.
The sturdy exterior box with cardinals on the lid and holly all around measures about 6-1/4 by 5-1/4 by 5-1/4 inches. As indicated on the box, this set was originally distributed by Bon-Ton Department Stores in York PA and sold for $30. There is a second box inside with partitions to protect the 3 pieces.
Both the teapot with lid and the cup are in excellent unused condition - still in the original protective packaging inside the original box - and was never used by my daughter. The box does have some moisture stains as shown in the photos.Ships USPS.
