LG Antique Tole Tray ~ Handpainted ~ This is a great tray measures about 24 X 18 inches. I’m no expert but I will give you my assessment. It is rustic in the way it was cut and formed making me think that it is early to mid 1800s. The cutout for the handles are done like that in France. It is well worn and beat but still the incredible painting just glows on this tray. Both handle metals are bent. One of the finish pieces on the opening is split 1/2 inch but means nothing other than noted. Please see all the photos. This is a very impressive tray. It came from an Estate sale with other Goods.
