LEMAX Spooky Town Withered Mansion #45662. Very Rare and retired. This ceramic and porcelain house is approximately 10 inches tall, with a width of approximately 9 inches. This has an awesome scary soundtrack, and lightning effects! It was released in 2014, and retired in 2019. The only thing I noticed is that the cat on the top is facing opposite direction than the picture on box. Never noticed it, but I did put close up pictures.
