Building comes from an adult collection and was well kept.
The main issue seems to be that the glued on pieces original by the manufacturer dried out causing the original owner to reglue (not the best work) a lot of the pieces. The only other issue to note is that the the light fixture is not present.
Comes in Original Box and Packaging!
