- Failure to schedule pickups in advance may result in an extended wait to be assistedor service being denied at the pickup location depending on staffing availability and the size of your order.
- Pickups can be scheduled between Monday-Friday 10 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. If you need to schedule a pickup outside of these hours, we are open to making arrangements to do so.
- Pickups mustbe arranged at least 24 hoursprior to visiting the pickup location.
- You must personally pick up your items unless you specifyahead of timethat a third party will be picking up your items on your behalf.
- All orders must be paid for in prior to scheduling a pickup. We will not accept payment for items through our retail storefront.
- Please enter the retail store and speak to an employeewhen you have arrived at the location for your item(s). Please be able to provide an employee with either your Order Number(s) or your name as it appears in for confirmation.
Customer Service - Our Customer Service Operation runs Monday to Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Messages will be responded to in the order that they are received.
