The plant in Budah began operations in 1887 and became the fourth plant in the Kuznetsov empire. At first, the factory produced semi-faience products, household goods, decorative ceramics for consumer use, in 1894 the factory began to produce porcelain products.
In 1918 the plant was nationalized by the Bolsheviks.
Judging by the stigma, this plate belongs to the post-revolutionary period and was made in 1923-1929.
