PRINTER PARTS: Sold AS-IS unless it is a manufacturing defect or arrived broken. You MUST know your own item number, part number, etc. and what it entails. Refunds are not granted for incorrect item purchasing. Note: Many of the boxes are not in the best condition as these were overstock items.
MUSIC CDS: We recently came in to quite a large lot of CD\'s and we will be listing them over time. If you are interested in multiples, we will entertain offers as well as combine shipping. These will be sent out via media mail unless otherwise requested. We will take photos of the case, paperwork, and disk, as well as describe obvious imperfections we see.
FUNCO POPS & OTHER TOYS IN BOXES: These are sold as-is and are available at our local shop here in Katy Texas, the boxes themselves might have some slight shelf sear, dings, etc. These are not graded. We get new ones in all the time, feel free to ask for closer pics.
DvDs, MOVIES, VHS, VIDEO GAMES, ETC: We do our best to describe any notable imperfections. If there is a playback problem, please contact us instead of opening a ticket, we will try to help resolve the issue without involving . Most of our Media\'s include their original case, some will have the paperwork as well unless otherwise noted in the description. We will try to describe deep gash or scratches on disk surfaces, otherwise some may have light scratches or be very clean.
MAGIC THE GATHERING CARDS (MTG): All cards are in an LP Condition, some closer to NM, potentially scuffed edges, or slightly dirty edges, slight humidity curling, etc. Any cards MP/HP will be displayed properly with details. We have quite a lot of cards that we will be posting from time to time. Most sales will be USPS First Class with\'s special shipping discount for cards, unless the order is worth sending via First Class in a Bubble mailer so we can keep our prices down. Feel free to message us if interested in several cards and we can make a combined shipping offer. We have a massive selection of cards, feel free to connect with us about certain cards.

TOYS: New toys may or may not have shelf wear on their boxes, we try to describe them the best we can. Returns are accepted however, the refund will not include the shipping costs to and from.
CLOTHES: Clothes that are new are available for a return if the size is incorrect or the item is no longer wanted. However, the refund will not include the shipping cost to and from you.
COMICS & TRADING CARDS: Sold AS-IS. We do our best to describe these and take photos of any marks, damage, etc. More photos are always available if you request.
ANTIQUES, GLASWARE, OTHER VINTAGE FRAGILE ITEMS: These items are very old and will have details on their wear the best that we can. These items are sold AS-IS. If it arrives broken, please reach out and we will resolve this.

BOOKS, MANGA, and GRAPHIC NOVELS: Ordering any Kangaroo Tales specific books will always get you a bunch of extra goodies. If you are looking to donate several to a Church, School Daycare, etc. Please send us a message for a non profit discount.
DUNGEONS & DRAGONS BOOKS: These are also an AS-IS Product, we will take various photos and describe them the best we can, you are also welcome to ask any further details, We have quite a lot of them that we will be listing from older generations to the newest. Feel free to make offers if you are interested in multiple and maybe we can work out a deal to get you a ew collection.
OTHER BOOKS: Sold AS-IS, we do our best to describe them and take pictures. Additional condition information available upon request. Sent via Media Mail with a smaller gift, maybe cards or something similar that is allowed through Media Mail.
COINS, SILVER, GOLD: We only offer Authentic pieces, all are sold AS-IS, if they have \"Milk Marks\" we will do our best to describe these or show in photos. There are no special discounts unless bulk ordering.

SHIPPING: Shipping on most of our listings is to theContinentalUnited States ONLY, unless stated otherwise. Items will be shipped with the cheapest route to get to you, we try to keep our products lower priced than others onfor quick sales. We do offer expedited shipping at your expense.
SHIPPING EDIT 12/13/2023: Due to theContinuousincrease in shipping charges, we will no longer be offering free shipping on newly listed items, we can combine shipping on multiple purchases though.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: We will ship anywhere in the world at your expense. Send us a message and we will find out what it will cost to ship and let you know.
NEW PRODUCTS with STOCK IMAGES: It is possible to receive a box slightly different than the image shown, it is also possible to receive slightly damaged boxes that do not affect the product.
HANDLING TIME: 1-3 days typically. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday might go out on Monday. We also try to get to the post office daily on weekdays. Weattemptto ship Monday, and Friday, sometimes Wednesday.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED: We will issue a refund up to 75% depending on item weight, shipping costs, etc. Typically restocking and reshipping fees will run 25%.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Please contact us BEFORE opening a case as we always try to work with you before escalating it into a case.
