This is an excellent Stereo card of men climbing the Great Pyramid of Giza, Egypt. It is from a Keystone “Tour of the World” 600 card set (the cards are numbered 1 to 1200) from the 1930's. The card is titled "Looking Up an Angle of the Great Pyramid, Showing Difficulties of Its Ascent, Egypt" and is numbered 774 with a Keystone negative number of 9869. This card is in excellent to near mint condition and measures 3 1/2" by 7”. The back of the card is printed with information about the subject. Stereoviews or stereo cards have two nearly identical images mounted side by side. When looked at through a stereo viewer they give a three-dimensional image. Most popular from 1854 to 1938, they were produced in vast quantities, and many are of historical interest. They usually measure about 3 ½” by 7”.
