It isa blem, with 4 X's on blade, denoting some cosmetic blemish found at the factory, but is in excellent mechanical working order. Usually the flaw is too small to notice. This knife is representative of the lot for sale. Ask any questions prior to offerding.Makes a great EDC knife, especially if you already have one in your collection.
