Good condition. Some marks/ scratches/ stains on felt/ rust on and around the bottom. There are no rusted through holes. Structurally sound and drawers work smoothly. Key is missing/ No key. Locking pins work. No dents. Leather on handle is rotting. Handle feels solid and supports the weight of the toolbox. Documents are torn, yellowed, and showing signs of age. See photos for details.
The documents included were found wedged inside the toolbox behind the drawers. They were damaged while extracting them. One of the documents is dated: 05 JUN 1945. The other documents are undated. This toolbox was purchased from an individual in Jersey Shore, PA, United States.
