Direct from the forge, comes these raindrop pattern Damascus blank and stabilized wood knife making kits. This family has been forging Damascus for 3 generations, and I am the exclusive rep for the source.
You get one billet 10x2.5x.25 inches and two stabilized hardwood scale blocks for making up to two handles. Some are oak, some walnut, some maple and some pecan. All wood comes from, and stabilized in the Blue Ridge Mountains.Unlike others, this bar is one quarter inch thick, twice the thickness for the strongest steel made (for cutlery).
Rhc 58-60. Hold an edge and easier to sharpen.
