This 1989 Ka-Bar U.S.M.C. Fighting knife is being listed as New or New Other because it has spent the past 34 years in its box and in storage. The knife has never been used however there are some imperfections to report such as some black epoxy coating is chipping off at the blade guard and there is staining inside the box, on the paperwork and one spot of the leather handle near the butt. The knife package is in otherwise new unused condition and the blade is razor sharp as the day it left the factory.
