In the 1990’s, beading and sequins became a thing of thepast as plain, black shoe styles prevailed. \"At a show in June 1997, suddenly decorating was in\" Beverly recalls. She was ready with beautifully decorated shoes. Her Apres led to a stunning comeback.

Canton, Circa 1980

The first Frankie & Baby* design,Canton, introduceda brand-new kind of footwear. Taking a sequined instep, and adding a rubber sole, Beverly invented a dazzling yet comfortable style that was an immediate hit.
