Beautiful fresh image on the covers when fully opened (see photos). Artist André Dignimont (1891-1965) designed the artwork. André Dignimont — Wikipédia (wikipedia.org) Second page is tipped in with the specials and the date typed on the menu is LUNDI 23 JUILLET 1956. Two separate smaller sheets of additional specials are attached by 1950s clips (see photos). 12.5 x 9.5 inches
