JUDAICA FOR SALE!!
Solid brass, vintage ashtrays designed and cast by Hen Holon, a well known modernist Jewish sculptor. He was most prolific in the 1960\'s, but has remained active since that time, living and designing his art in Israel. His pieces are found throughout museums in Israel and abroad, and in the collections of private individuals.
Both ashtrays were purchased by my parents in the 1980\'s. The ashtrays are unused, and each depict a menorah in the top left corner with \"JERUSALEM\" written in English underneath. Brass durability and because they are unused mean they are in excellent condition given their age.
Bottoms of both ashtrays have the sculptor\'s mark (HEN-HOLON-ISRAEL).
Ashtray dimensions are: 4-1/4\" (108 mm) long x 3-1/8\" (78 mm) wide x 3/4\" (19 mm) high.
The menorah is: 2-1//8\" (54 mm) tall x 1-1/2\" (37 mm) wide.
Shipping is via flat rate, small box, priority mail. Local pick up is encouraged, if possible.
