Found in France but this is an English Freemasons box which includes all of his Lodge papers and books. This leather bound box with its red velvet lining belonged to a Frederick James Webber. He joined the Lodge on 27 September 1945. The Portland Lodge is based in the South West of England. I would love to know how this ended up in France! A fascinating box that contains the following:
