A rare campaign item, inviting everyone to an "Election Celebraton" only a couple of days prior to the 1976 election. It was held in Atlanta, GA, and they arranged to have the MARTA buses picking up people at 5 locations throughout Atlanta. Shuttle buses were leaving every 8 minutes, and the Atlanta police department was going to patrol all tfive of the parking lots.
This is really a piece of history, when Carter defeated Gerald Ford for President. Carter carried 23 states, Ford 27, but Carter gained 287 electorial votes to 240 for Ford.
I had not seen any of these before, so I'm not sure how rare it is, although not many paper items survive 48 years. A rarety for sure!!
