Here is a nice Presidential book put out by President Jimmy Carter for your buying consideration. Would make a great gift for a special occasion, or keep for yourself!

Published by Easton Press, it is a beautiful, leather bound hardcover edition. The book is entitled, "Keeping the Faith". The book was authored and autographed by former President Jimmy Carter and issued in 1986. The book was originally originally issued by other sources than Easton Press in 1982. Still has the little booklet inside the book which is a special introduction by Edmund Muskie (that is what is dated 1986). This book was part of a limited edition, not sure how many were actually issued.

The book was part of the Easton Press Library of the Presidents series. The spine is ribbed and the page edges have a gold gilt. The spine and board is decorated with 22k gold gilt. The book is printed on archival quality paper, decorated end papers, and a satin page ribbon/marker. The book has gray leather covers with a star design on both the front and back covers.

The book is in very nice shape. The boards are sharp and the binding is tight. There are no marks in the book and the gilding is clean. No nameplate is affixed or included in these books. Some minor gilt loss on the open side of the pages.

The cloth page markers is still attached in the book. No musty or mildew smell to the book. No marks or owner tags in the book.

The book is 9.25" tall, by 6.25" across, by 1-7/8" wide. The book is 622 pages in length. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures. Don’t be shy to make an offer, we are always open to reasonable suggestions.
