This ia a bench chisel that has been sharpened down to a little nub. You really can't pound on it anymore so I use them as paring chisels. It is in as found condition except that I have cleaned off all the dirt and sharpened it to 3000 grit. For this price, I ain't going any firther. It works fine at 3000 but you may want to go to 6000.
