Offered is a grouping of five (5) James Bond trading cards produced by Somportex Ltd. of London. I believe these were released in 1965 and only cover the first three movies. The entire series consists of 60 cards. I am not a professional card grader, simply a James Bond fan and former collector. I will try to do my best in describing each card below. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would like additional pictures. I did not remove the cards from their hard plastic case for the pictures, so as not to handle them, so please excuse any camera glare. The pictures of single cards are taken in order, front-back, front-back, etc.
-No. 22 Bathing Beauty in Goldfinger. Light corner wear, some minor soiling on the back. Holding it at an angle in the light does not show any bends.-No. 33 Sean Connery in From Russia With love. Light corner wear, some very minor soiling on the back. Holding it at an angle in the light does not show any bends.-No. 34 Honor Blackman in Goldfinger. Moderate corner wear, very minor soiling on back.Holding it at an angle in the light shows a slight bend at the upper right corner. This is the poorest condition card in the lot, but still very presentable.-No. 42 Shirley Eaton in Goldfinger. Very minor corner wear, slight soiling on back. Holding it at an angle in the light does not show any bends.-No. 47 Zena Marshall in Dr. No. Minor corner wear, very slight soiling on back.Holding it at an angle in the light does not show any bends.
