This is a mid grade item. It will have a few minor defects and will generally appear to be in \"slightly used\" but not \"roughly used\" condition. Most comics, magazines, and books published in the past 30 years that have been read but carefully handled and stored will fall in this grade range. Allowed defects for this grade include: minor corner wear (bends and blunting), a light accumulation of spine wear that may include color-breaking stresses, a light accumulation of dents, and bends or folds less than one quarter inch in length. Some color breaking is allowed in a bend or fold in this grade range.

Description

Volume 4 - 1st printing. \"Strength in Numbers!\" Collects JLA (1997-2006) #16-23, JLA Secret Files (1997-2004) #2, and Prometheus (1998 DC). Written by Grant Morrison, Mark Waid, and Christopher J. Priest. Art by Howard Potter, Arnie Jorgensen, and Yanick Paquette. With Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, the Flash, Martian Manhunter, and Aquaman as members, the JLA was made up of the greatest heroes in the universe. But as old foes create unholy alliances and new enemies attack out of nowhere, Batman realizes that the team must increase its numbers. Joined by such new allies as Plastic Man, Steel, Zauriel, the Huntress, and Oracle, a truly almighty team comprised of super heroes, aliens, gods, and monarchs prepare for battle against any and all threats.
