This extraordinary Italian High Ranking Official\'s Automotive Mascot Hood Ornament dates from the early part of the 20th Century and is impressive in both its size as well as in its fabulous detail and workmanship. Due to its grand scale, perhaps it could have been a prototype or possibly was made to be mounted upon a very large vehicle that would have been used for driving one of the important \"High-ranking Italian Dignitaries\". The Mascot is silvered bronze and prominently sits upon a beautiful emerald green marble base. The Mascot is signed by the artist \"C. BOZZI\" on the backside. The Mascot itself stands 16 inches tall. Overall standing, including the marble base, 21 inches in height and weighing in excess of 11 pounds. I owned and sold this fabulous piece of History some ten years ago and was able to recently reacquire it, therefore I am making it available again that it may find a new home.
