Offering a vintage OldWorld Christmas Inge-Glas vintage glass Sugared Raspberry Ornament. Its coloring begins at the top with greenleaves. Below the leaves is a thinyellow color followed by the red raspberry color. It was mold blown with all the intricatedetails of a real raspberry. The entireglass area is covered with tiny glass beads that make it shine in the lights ofyour tree.

Inge Glas Ornaments were madewith Molten glass that was mouth blown into a mold. Then a hot solution ofliquid sterling silver was poured inside. It was then hand painted and hand glittered. It measures2 1/8\" wide by 2” deep in by 3\" to the top of the gold crown metalcap and 5 Star topper loop add an additional 1”. The 5-Star Topper loop that is the Trademark of Inge-Glas Ornaments adds another 1/2\" to the totalheight of this ornament. It isembossed West Germany on the metal cap. (#19b, sbr)

Pleaseremember that vintage ornaments are usually from 40 to 80 years old. All have been used and are thus probably notgoing to be in perfect condition. Allare subject to some surface scratches, flaking to the paint, crazing of paint,age spots, oxidation, silvering loss, nicks around or under caps, may havetarnish / discoloration to metal caps, and some may not have the original caps. These are all signs of age ~ commonly called agepatina.

Condition of Items: I am out shopping constantly to bring you the best vintage holiday items I can find.Please keep in mind that vintage/antique items are OLD ~ 50to 100+ years old. Thus, they willprobably NOT be perfect. They may havepaint loss, glitter loss, mica loss, dents, bumps, scratches. They have usually all been used in the pastand thus have the patina of age and use. As with all my sales there plenty of pictures for judging coloringand condition - remember to supersize them for your best view ~ they are partof the description. Because they areitems from bygone days, I cannot guarantee that they are from a smoke free orpet free environment. Every effort hasbeen made to describe the item as accurately as possible. I urge buyers toexamine all photos and descriptions carefully and to e-mail me with anyquestions, concerns, or clarifications prior to the end of sale. If I havemade a mistake, refund is for item price not postage.

Returns: Returns are accepted only if I have grossly misrepresentedthe item. Refunds are for the cost ofthe item only. Return postage paid bythe buyer.
