Year range for Items: 1800-present Item Description: This is a important 1920s pre WW11 military airman photo archive from prominent estate. Most of the archive is not photographed, but will be included into the archive. In total 65 plus images and memorabilia of early reconnaissance including the use of the first Arial photo gun (in photos) which was in use to spy on enemy bases during WWII. The pilot was the first to use this technology of the Arial photo gun as stated in the flight logs. The archive also includes the original first flight photo of the USS Los Angeles ZR-3 which was built in 1923-1924 in Germany. This archive was apprised by Bonham\'s sale house. This would be an ideal collection for any Naval history collector. We are open to offers Please contact us if you have any questions. Condition: handled antique with wear true to age.
