LOT-O280. For your consideration is an exceedingly rare and historically bizarre original c.1965 official bank check of Empress Catherine III of Russia in exile, hand-signed by Catherine III (Lea Knox Marlow). Bank check is made out to the Embassy of Norway located in Washington, District of Columbia. Royal document is original. Condition is excellent. Bank check is watermarked and embossed with raised seal. Bank check measures 6.0\" x 3.75\". Museum quality. One of a kind. Authentic and correct.

Her Imperial Highness, Empress Catherine III signed and dated c.1965 official bank check. Very bizarre scenario claiming she is the legal Russian Government taken into exile on 10 Nov. 1918, and claims to be Chief of Mission for The President of the United States, Lyndon Baines Johnson. Legal Crown Ruler of The Romanov Dynasty through a secret coronation ceremony in 1942. Queen of Poland, Grand Duchess of Finland, etc., etc.

Only a few other example of Empress Catherine III\'s signature can be found online in the library collection of Davidson College.

A Maryland woman threw down the political gauntlet today for the distaff side by announcing her candidacy for vice president of the United States in the 1964 national election. Although all the determination of the politian was evident in her declaration, component facets of the Universal complex feminine character were also apparent. Every woman loves to be first... Lea Knox Marlow of Cheverly, MD., does not choose to run for president but for vice president and \"do now establish a precedent by making this formal announcement to all members of Congress.\"

She reports she served during World War II as a secret commander in chief of a uniquely special operation known by a top secret code name, still classified as top secret by the government and can be made known only by the President of the United States.
