Own an ultra-rare piece of PORSCHE history...A remarkable (authentic) PORSCHE artifact and a piece of GermanMotorsport/cultural history now available in this sale.Perfect for man caves, cool garages, and Porsche collectors alike.Now available for sale is a stunning set of fully restored Porsche dealership letters.These seven (7) P O R S C HE letters were originally on display at a Porsche dealership in California but then found themselves as part of a well established Automotive / Petro Sign memorabilia Collector\'s private collection.Now available for sale are these original (fully restored) factory Porsche dealership P O R S C H E letters sign.These restored LED illuminated P O R S C H E letters sign were removed from a California Porsche dealership where they hung on display during the 1990s, 2000s, 2010s to this present day.It\'s no secret to Porsche collectors that original Porsche Dealership signage is next to impossible to come by as all the dealerships are instructed by Porsche...to dismantle, destroy, and dispose of them.
However, fate has intervened and this P O R S C H E sign slipped through the cracks thanks to a Sign Contractor (and collector) who is authorized to remove the Porsche signage letters per theCalifornia Clean / Green Energy Act...[On August 29, 2018, the California Legislaturemadehistory by passing SB 100, the California 100%Clean Energy Act.
SB 100 sets the bold but achievable goal of poweringCalifornia the world\'s 5th largest economy with 100% clean, carbon-free electricity by 2045.
This means that ALL of the signage in California that does not meet the mandated CLEAN ENERGY ACT must be removed.(this also include all of Porsche Dealership signs in the state of California)And here\'s where the dilemma(and the confidential opportunity) comes into spectrum.
Very quietly, Porsche Dealerships (over 30 locations) all over the State of California have been discretely removing the old signage and updating them with the new required CLEAN ENERGY ACT \"SB 100\"signs.Most of the Dealerships have aminimumof two (2) of the POR S C H E letters signage.And some of the bigger Dealershipswould have three (3) P O R S C H Eletters signage each.
