In this time of staying at home people have turned trying things from yesteryear to stay active. these recipes may help you to do so.

These are all recipes on how to make your own yeast, some utilizingthe capture the wild yeasts that are all around us.

Others use brewing hops and leftover dregs from brewing to createthe yeast used in baking. A lot of them use potatoes as a base for theyeast.

I am also including a recipe for a friendship dough from the 1900's to 1940's.
