An extremely rare item. Must have been a very small print run. I'd say a few hundred if even that.Covers show some wear, scuffing, old stains as shown. Gilt printing to front cover still bright, as shown. Binding tight. Contents very good++.Last (and only) cop[y sold here went $600+. That copy was an Ex-Library copy with ink stamps etc in the contents and covers showed much wear. This copy is in better condition overall.Postage is $10 in the USA and includes insurance. It will be well packed and shipped in a sturdy reinforced box.
