The card is not dated but is postmarked 191? withthe caption “City Hall Photo Supply Co.” bottom left corner and “ManilaP.I.” lower right corner. Thecard is in very good with minor wear and minor ink stains but a clean, clearimage overall. The reverse is also clear.
