This rare vintage Hello Kitty CD Player from 2004 is a must-have for any collector or fan of the iconic character. With its charming apple and flower design, it is perfect for adding a touch of cuteness to any room.

This item is almost 20 years old and I have only seen 2 of them on line before . I would personally not recommend this item for children. Price is set high to allow for offers.********

The device has been tested and confirmed to be in working condition. Please note that there may be some cosmetic wear and tear due to its age, but this does not affect its functionality. Don't miss out on the chance to own this unique piece of Hello Kitty merchandise!

The Alarm Function works! Simply hold the time button on the left while cycling through the hour and minute buttons. On the screen where the time is displayed, a red dot will become visible, notating PM (otherwise, light not on means time is in AM).

The power button on the right is a slider, move the flower to the right or left to select OFF/ON/POWER/BUZZ. If the unit is on Power, some response and fuzz/static can be heard through the speakers. I recommend turning it on to BUZZ for alarm purposes.

When tested, the CD player works when the lid is shut, HOWEVER**** there is a latch issue. The unit reads the disk when the top of the apple with stem/leaf is held down, BUT it WILL NOT CLICK IN in as I believe the part that is supposed to latch (an interior piece) is broken. The play/pause/repeat and skip buttons still work. Feel free to try and affix the top down as you see fit but I believe it’s necessary for the top to be closed to read the disk.

The FM/AM slider on the left side of the unit still works, and the tuning and volume buttons on the sides of the unit work as well. I was able to connect to a few local radio stations, but there is no display that specifies what station it is, only the analog display showing the approximate station number.

The unit comes with Plug Type A, and a separate wire coming out the back of the unit, unsure of purpose.
