Any preorders purchased will shipas soon as the item becomes available. It is everyone’s duty to check thestatus of their preorders, as the dates are subject to change. Any changes forpresale items will be adjusted and shipped on new release dates. Please referto the current listing for statue as the dates will not change on your purchaseorder. Orders are typically shipped the next day following this rule. Ordersplaced before 7pm ET are processed and shipped the next day. Orders placedafter 7pm ET will be processed the next day and shipped the following. *(Forexample: Monday before 7pm will be shipped Tuesday. Orders placed Monday after7pm will be shipped Wednesday)

Return Policy:

Buyers will receive free returnsin the first 30 days of purchase but are required to pay a 25% restock fee ofthe purchased item. (Youare charged a restock fee to coverthe company's expenses to prep the item for resale.) If your item is received damaged/defectiveor if the wrong item is sent, you will not be charged a restock fee due to anin-house error. Any items purchased through a promo or sale are finaland are not eligible for returns. Factory sealed/brand new items are notrefundable once opened.

Cancelation Policy:

We do accept cancellationfor products that are in stock and that have not yet been shipped. Anyitems shipped cannot be canceled. You may process a return once you receive theitem. We DO NOTaccept cancellation on preorder items, this sale is final. Under a specialrequest as emergency, we may consider cancelation but buyers will be subject a25% restock fee. (Please see return and pre-order policy for more details.)

Pre-Order Policy:

All pre-orders of products arefinal. We do not offer refunds or cancellation for anything that is purchasedbefore the release of the item. This also includes items with dates that aresubject to change due to high demand. (**Example** Item is set to release Jan. 2023 but date ofrelease changes to September 2023, this is because of the high demand and thedelay in distribution.) We order based on the demand of orders frombuyers, so please keep this in mind when placing an order for a preorder. Coming Soon Policy:

We do offer cancelations and returns oncoming soon products but these are subject to 25% restock fee. Comingsoon are products that are being processed at our distributor and are beingprepared to ship to our warehouse. Once its processed and shipped, the titlewill change on the products. For buyers to check statues please refer to thelisting as the title will not change after its purchased.
