Allowed defects for this grade include: spine roll, a moderate amount of staining or water damage, writing or other marks on the cover, up to one inch spine splits or other tears, a cover or centerfold that is detached at one staple, discoloration due to oxidation, and a minor piece or pieces missing. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.

Description

Stories and art by Dan Gormley and others. Talking magpies Heckle and Jeckle are known for their identical appearance, their distinctive chatter, and their mischievous schemes. Heckle and Jeckle are hired to capture African animals for a circus. The talking magpies compete with Dimwit on a TV quiz show, but the host is Dimwit\'s cousin. The duo pulls a scam on a too-trusting dog. Final issue published by St. John; Pines takes over publication with the next issue. 32 pages, Full Color.
