Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage a lot stamp on the front the cover is detached from one staple abd barely attached to the other one there is a hint of brittleness to the cover from age and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
