This one-handed Hanwei sword sets new standards of quality and authenticity in sword design.

One of England’s proudest knights, Sir William Marshall, who loyally served the crown under Henry II, Richard the Lionheart and Jack Lackland, used this beautiful sword.

Our replica is modeled in great detail on the original, which is on display today in a British museum. The one-handed sword is available with two different blades, this one is with carbon steel blade, but there is also one with damask steel blade.

Both blades are thermally treated to a Rockwell hardness of HRC 52 and offer the same handling properties. The blade has a central fuller throughout its length, a huge challenge for the blacksmith, resulting in a great combination of speed and strength.

The handle is wrapped in leather and with laces. The quillons and the knob impress with their simple elegance and functionality. The sheath is wrapped in leather and equipped with steel fittings.
