Thisbeautiful \"pocket\" rosary chaplet has a7/8\" ovalnickel silver St Paul medal and a 1-1/2\" gold-toned St Benedict crucifix.Both medal and crucifix were made in Italy; the chaplet itself was designed and handmade in the USA by me.The eleven beads are 8 mm, smooth, round, natural, genuine semi-precious gemstones. The single Our Father bead is a Tree Agate. The ten Hail Mary beads are Autumn Jasper.

Chaplet is about 10-1/4\" long and comes gift boxed and with the following:

St Paul was a learned theologian who was totally against Jesus and His followers at first - he was present at and supported the stoning of St Stephen. A short time later, he received a revelation in the form of a vision of Christ, who asked St Paul why he was persecuting Him. Thereafter Paul became one of the most important Christians and was so influential, writing letters to many of the fledgling churches andhelping the early Church to thrivethat he is often called an apostle even though he wasn\'t one of the original \"twelve\". He is the patron saint of authors & writers, journalists, evangelists, musicians, publishers, reporters, public relations people, rope, saddle and tent makers. He is invoked for protections against hailstorms and dangerous snakes.

The prayer cards which come with our rosaries, medalsand pictures are home-made, created using a \"greeting card\" programon a computer and printed in full color on nice quality paper. Although theyare not like the usual smaller professionally printed prayer cards, most of ourcustomers prefer them since they are like a pamphlet with 4 \"pages\"and several images, prayers, patronages and often other information about thesaint or Catholic devotion.
