Slip on boot-style moccasins.
Embroidered wild rose motif.
Made from what is likely moose hide, for the soles, and a wool blanket. Comes with a pair of handmade liners.
Braided cord with tassels to cinch the top and a leather lace to wrap up the leg (see below for Description).
Likely Canadian Metis or Plains Cree.
Completely wearable if you so choose.

CONDITION

VERY GOOD usedcondition.
CLEAN.
Leather soles still have lots of life in them.
Embroidery and fur and in very good condition.
A leather lace is missing from each of the boots, see 2nd last photo for where they are missing.
Several small holes in the wool - you can see evidence of this in the 2nd last style="font-size: inherit; font-variant-ligatures: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0px 17px; padding: 0px;">
UNTAGGED but would fit an Womens 8.5 - 9.5 Wide, depending if you wear the inner bootie or not.
Measures approximately 10” tall.
