This sheath is designed to fit a wide variety of knives where a vertical carry is desired, especially drop point, clip point blade profiles like a Bowie knife. Handmade from quality leather with brass snap retaining strap.

Just to give you a heads up, these sheaths have a high density foam (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) between the two leather halves to additional space for thick blades, rather than just stitching the two halves directly together. It\'s a good design and doesn\'t compromise the integrity of the sheath. I\'d been selling these for years including to knife makers and at Renaissance Fair before someone asked about it.

Comments: This is a good carry option. I’ve purchased some similar that weren’t nearly as well made. See photos taken on angle and you can tell the thickness of the leather.
