The retail box has moderate signs of wear and tear and clearly has been opened (see photos). The box that you receive might have slightly different damage than the photos but it will be along the same condition (or better). The carousel itself is in like-new condition and has no signs of damage. I've manually tested each carousel to very that it's in working condition. The carousel may come with an aftermarket AC adapter plug instead of the original.
