We are not repackaging our ornaments, Hallmark decided to go “green” starting in 2009 and packed many ornaments in tissue paper, they did away with many plastic inserts and bubble wrap.

RETURNS: We will gladly accept returns on items that are not in the condition stated in description, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Any item listed with crease or flaw will not be accepted. If we accept your return and S & H charges incurred for the transaction will not be refunded. In the unfortunate event we ship an item to you in error we will refund your return shipping to us, although it does not happen often we would not expect you to pay for the item’s return.

SALES TAX: Pennsylvania residents only will be charged a 7% sales tax. Allegheny County (were we live) charges a 7% sales tax therefore that’s what we must collect.
