In my research I have come across similar flags from this era but most of them are 3\' x 5\' or smaller. this is a statement flag for sure.
I am sure this is made in the U.S.A.
here is some history that I found...Arkansas State Flag was adopted in 1913, the Arkansas flag features 25 white stars to show that Arkansas was the 25th state admitted to the United States . A diamond on a red field represents the only place in North America where diamonds have been discovered and mined. The three large bottom stars represent Spain, France and the United States.excellent condition. no major damage. there is some staining to the white part of the flag in the middle. just from moisture from being in a tote. I believe this flag is pretty much NOS. I\'m pretty sure the yellow areas will come out with a good, proper cleaning. I have not tried to wash or clean.please refer to ALL PHOTOS for actual condition!I will gladly combine shipping whenever applicable.
