1) ITEMCONDITION: All Darc Pop Culture salescome from a dust-free, non-sunlit, smoke-free, pet-free, collector’senvironment. Items are in MintCondition, unless otherwise stated in the above description. Each sale item is carefully packaged toassure you will visit our shop again. Ourphotos are quite detailed and of the actual product themselves (no bulklistings here).

2) SHIPPING: We DO ship within 5 days after payment hascleared. Usually, we simply wait for theweek’s sales to clear and get paid before shipping so that all packages goout together. We DO NOT ship toUnconfirmed Addresses. We DO shipinternationally ONLY with ’s Global Shipping Program. Due to mishandled packages, envelopes gettingwrecked, small packages getting misplaced and to always trying to fit a fewextras into every package that allows the space, we always ship in bigger boxeswith stuffing to protect the items from damage.If shipping seems excessive, please realize that the cost of shippingmaterials has gone up, and that we like to use plenty of material to assure thatyour package gets to you as it should, whether it’s something simple or acollectible. We will ship out allpackages once all the week’s sales have ended and all payments have beenreceived for the week, which means packing is immediate but shipping out maytake a few days after payment is received (up to 5 days). If you need the item in a hurry, please considerall the details mentioned here. Shippingprices will not be negotiated and are solidly set to cover expenses. We do our best to keep prices down even withthe price hikes as well as the rising cost of shipping and packingmaterials (we love to secure and tape packages). Please do not ask “what canyou do for me” as those messages will simply be deleted along with similarinquiries. We do not offer Best Offers, so please do not send any as our sale donot include this feature. Prices are setfor the item, shipping materials, packaging, and postage.

3) SHIPPINGMATERIALS: We believe in “Tree-Huggery”, so we will recycle paper bags, plasticbags, boxes and other non-package materials to ship out packages. We believe it’s everyone’s duty to save theplanet by reducing waste and recycling whenever possible. We certainly hope you’ll share our vision andrealize that with every package that you get from us you’ve helped theenvironment just a little by recycling.And hopefully you will do the same with your own packages as well.

4) PICKUPS: We do not offerpick-up, as every item is SHIPPED unless it’s an excessively bulky or heavyitem.

5) PAYMENT/ COMMUNICATION: Payment /communication is expected within 3 DAYS.If we see neither by the 4th day, an DISPUTE will openautomatically, the item will then be relisted and deals with thetransaction termination.

6) ZEROSTAR / NEW buyers on : offer with a responsescore of “0” and we’ll remove it as soon as possible IF no message is sent (byyou) to let us know that you are serious buyer with a confirmed address. Due to a number of “winners” who haven’t paidbecause they were new to and “didn’t know the rules,” we’ve had to cut all0 response buyers from our sales. So,if you’re “0” response, new member to and you genuinely want the item: offeron the item, communicate with us after offerding, and we’ll verify your status,as well as be happy to complete your 1st transaction on .
