This is an astonishing vintage Navajo large single stone silver cross pendant necklace. This fascinating necklace contains a large Number 8 turquoise stone that is situated in a shadowbox setting. Accenting the stone are marvelous silver shells, graduating raindrops and wave patterns. The extremely large hand carved silver cross pendant measures around 4-3/4\" X 3\" including the fascinating large silver bail. The rest of the necklace is comprised of very thick and sturdy silver links with accenting rounded silver links and a traditional silver clasp. The center turquoise stone measures around 7/8\" X 1/2\". Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970\'s+. Signed by Navajo artist, Ben Begaye. The length of the necklace measures around 33\".
