New, tape on the inside was opened to check to ensure the frame was not broken. Frame is new still in plastic.

Approximately 7" high by 7.5" wide by 1.5" deep

made by Gund and has been Splash Ernie is TAKING A BATH in the tub with Rubber Duckie. BUBBLES BUBBLES Everywhere. Now your favorite little someone can join him. The base of the frame reads "Rub A Dub Dub" There is a yellow and blue striped bug with light blue wings hanging on to a bubble on the top of the frame. I am not sure what the name of the bug is. The frame holds a 3 1/2 by 5 1/2" photo. It comes in a gift box. The entire frame is made of resin. A GREAT addition to any Sesame Street, Ernie or Picture Frame Collection.
